For more art go to http://diablo2003.deviantart.com Speed drawing and painting of Psylocke from the The X-Men. 3.5 hours of work condensed down to just over 4 minutes. Part of the file was corrupted so much of the color rendering is missing.

  • @freakyPunk91 That's where the file got corrupted so the color rendering is missing. I'll be doing more of these in the future so you can see the full rendering.

  • @Elektrikkiss Actually, most of the pros... such as this guy here... go with black and occasionally tint it purple which isn't surprising considering the light of her psionic energy is purple. It's stupid fans, such as yourself, who tend to color the hair straight purple.

  • I like this song and drawing good :D 5!

  • @xoff999 what DPI are you using on a picture.... I usually draw at 300( computer cant handle any more), but I use a intuos 3 so I don't know if that changes anything...my lines come out pretty good without too much cleaning up

  • awesome...love seeing the progression of sketch to full color...

  • Fuking awesomenesss.... makes me want to pick up the pencil and pad again... its ben a while, lol but yeah good stuff!

  • how do you get such clean lines with your pad?

I'm using a Wacom Bamboo Pen, and my lines come off as very jagged, and unsmooth.

I think this is the main reason why my drawings all have that "middle school drawing level" to them

  • @MikhaliX In Photoshop, you can click on one spot, then shift+click on the other - Photoshop connects the two spots by drawing a straight line between them.

  • So awesome it scares me o.o Great work.

  • Pretty nice !
