True, but she's a champion barista, not a corporate trainer, so she's not likely to have polished public speaking skills. She's obviously nervous, as she's rushing, out of breath, and she keeps clapping her hands together. However, it's the same kind of presentation you'd see from anyone not used to public speaking.
