I am about to take ownership of a 1976 Tartan 30 in a few days. Thank you for your video, I plan to redo the cabin sole and add lifeline netting similar to yours. You have done a nice job on the interior and exterior of your Tartan.

The washrails were redone with Interlux's Interdeck, and the white waterways were done with Interlux Brightsides (both were a mixture of original colors as the Interdeck beige was too dark, and the Brightsides white looked too cheesey. Need to add more nonskid sand though. What comes out iof the can is not aggressive enough. Plan on doing the cockpit and trunk top next. Thanks for the positive comments, she is one of the best looking boats at my marina, and I get compliments on her daily.

Google Cesapeake Tartan Association for all the info you will need about your new boat. They are fast and sturdy. Rework the chainplates and check for leaks s described on the site. I have lots of info on work done over the past 9 years I owned her, glad to share it all with you.
Congrats on your new purchase.
