really really good, I reccomend trying to use your shoulders to turn into the upright postion rather than arch your lower back to get up but compesating wih lots of strength ^^

sick! these are so much harder with straight arms.. i can do 3 reps but i have bend my arms in the ascent, if i keep them straight i can barely manage 1 rep. impressive shoulder strength.

my hands are like a normal hanstand with my fingers pointing to the front. when u dont bend the elbows it really works the shoulders.

SICK one mate that must've taken ages to get them so clean; how long can you hold a planche with you legs straight for?
