Meeting David Cook in Greensboro, NC on 10/16/09! :D

Apparently the picture we took together has made it's way across the internet, so it's only fair that I upload the video as well. ;]

The back story is that I was seeing David Cook the day David Archuleta's Christmas album came out. My friends and I all decided it would be amusing to give him a copy of it and so a friend of mine bought the cd (hey love! :D) and had it shipped to me to give to him. I promised to record it if I met him. This is what ended up happening. (Not on the day of the album release as planned, since I didn't get the cd in time and didn't meet him at that show, but a few days later.)

(And yes, there are some other random fan encounters at the beginning. I hit record and handed the camera off to someone else a little before I had my time with him.)

So there you have it. My second encounter with David Cook where we talked about David Archuleta, haha.

Cute =] My friend Ben is in the background sometime near the beginning, so that means I was standing near the person filming haha. I remember hearing him saying he got the hat in MB, but everything else is a blur. It was such a great night!

oh, I see, jwipe ... thanks for clarifying ... it was really hard for me to understand what anyone was saying ... I agree that it was not right to give him a bootleg copy (was it a bootleg copy of Archie's CD? OH NO!!).... anyway, I really didn't come here to hear cook ... I was just curious though to see that someone gave him Archie's CD, LOL ... btw, I did not give you a thumbs down ... but I just took it away anyway :)

no, if you watch it again,...Cook said another fan gave him a bootleg copy... and I totally agree with Jwipe, I true fan would never give a bootleg copy!! sad day!

hi jwipe...rest assured, I don't think they gave him a bootleg copy :) It looks like it's the real CD, in the original shrink wrap still...I think when this person wrote in the description that she gave him a copy of the CD, I think she meant that in general, not literally...she did say her friend bought it & shipped it to her to give to him...and that she would record it on video ... that's how it reads & looks to me :) btw, I'm an Archie fan (only) & I've enjoyed all your videos of Archie! :)
