The effects of the golden skulls in Halo 3. Brought to you by Gametrailers.com
Iron Skull - When you die you restart from the very beginning.
Black Eye Skull - Shield and health only recharges by melee atacks.
Tough Luck Skull - Enemies make all there saving throws, charge more often etc.
Catch Skull - Enemies have alot more grenades and aren't afraid to throw them.
Fog Skull - There is no radar.
Famine Skull - Weapons now come half stalked.
Thunderstorm Skull - All enemies go up a rank.
Tilt Skull - Enemie shields are much stronger.
Mythic Skull - All enemies have maximum health.

is the tilt skull on the second half of the level cortana ? just asking because that level is fucking boring and hard

You forgot the secret skull on cortana you start with a s. laser in the next level

Ok test this out
on the level the covenant pick the checkpoint with the hornets
trade your gun with the pilot's pistol...now shoot his chest plate (armor)
you'll knotice that it doesnt even effect him AT ALL :-O
