In the "Terminator" films, the evil robots plans depend on going back in time and killing John Conner (played by Edward Furlong, whose photo accompanies the joke, in "Terminator 2: Judgment Day.")
Hence, the joke implies that tiny robots would have to kill an itty bitty teeny tiny version of John Conner. Hey hey!
