Hi Tiffany, Thanks, it's great to hear you like this dress. Yes, you can certainly make this dress by hand if you don't have a sewing machine. It will just take you a little longer. If you do decide to give this pattern a try, email me after you purchase the pattern and I will email some tips that will hide all the raw edges so you don't have to overcast them by hand.
