Strict Liability Crime: Statutory rape, buying alcohol for a minor, breaking into a computer of another.

Inventory rule exception: inventory of a person's belongings after arrest or custodial detention not protected under 4th amendment

Double Jeopardy: Can't be charged criminally for the same offense after being acquitted and collateral estoppel stops you from re-litigating crimes committed during the same offense after judgment is entered on the first offense.

Entrapment: criminal design originated with gov. and no predisposition to commit crime

Depraved Heart Murder: killing of a human being with callous disregard for human life (2nd deg. murder)

Mistake of fact is a partial defense and goes to the intent element, Mistake of law is not a valid defense

Reasonable expectation of privacy: on person, personal belongings, home, crutilage
