With the knowledge he gained from his experience Al is now helping others tackle their own weight problems. Using an aggressive approach to fitness Al's primary goal is to prevent relapse in his clients. He ingrains into them that living healthy is more than just about shedding pounds, it's about learning how to make a healthy lifestyle change.
