contrast first y put 140 and down 0 ...Sorry for my bad english i m from spain xD y got a identic results 1 year ago 5

CTRL + U to adjust the Hue, saturation and lightness...

Chrome Fx- too dark???
Try this solution...After applying Chrome fx on Filter, Hold Ctrl and click the "icon Layer" (not the layer, only the icon..) to select only the txt, and press control + i, and the chrome txt fx will become bright...

When I select the PLASTIC layer I can't choose Artistic filter... What should I do?

make sure you select only one layer and the layer is visible...
