@CrackerJack1224 Troy smith won with the most 1st place votes ever i believe...either most 1st place votes or largest landslide, i cant remember...but nonetheless i still think the '05 OSU v Texas game is still one of the best games of the century, so much talent on that field it wasnt funny...and id argue that OSU was playing just as god football if not better football than TEXAS and USC at the end of that season.

Troy Smith had one bad game and he will have to live with it being the NC game...fact is besides the one game against Florida Troy was known for his big game play...amazing how one game can tarnish an otherwise GREAT career on the football field.

@isajalen Well in the year of Troy, there was no Reggie Bush, no Matt Leinart, and no Jason White. Plus Vince was a JR. Troy was a SR. If Vince had stayed He was a shoe-in for the Heisman. And the only person in Troy's Heisman race was Darren McFadden who was extremely underrated just because he went to a smaller school. That 2006 race was close too. And McFadden was a Sophomore!
