@andrigoscg It's the flag of the Duchy of Zeon, the "bad guys" from the original Gundam. The reason it looks like the Kriegsmarine ensign is because Gihren Zabi, eldest son of Duke Degwin, was a huge Nazi fetishist.

Very cool. The "flag" appears to be a combination of a celtic cross and the Nazi Socialist Party's flag. It is a bit bizzare if not unnerving for some I am sure. As to its "meaning," consider it another venture into the fantasy world of Japanese animation. Therefore, it probably has no real "meaning."
