This is the first time using both of these herbs. I loved how they felt with the conditioner because my hair felt smoother, not thicker, and it laid down.

There was practically no grit in these but considering I only used 3T of the powder, maybe its not a good indication of the grit but I didn't feel any at all even though it looked lumpy.

It did give me more definition with my curls. It was different than henna and cassia, this didn't condition as well but my hair felt very smooth and my curls more clumped.

  • Great tutorial how often are you thinking about using these paste? I was thinking about purchasing the Cassia powder and maybe the alma. Be Blessed~~

  • @Vanurse09 I liked this but I think I get lazy with the mixing of the herbs but since this was pretty good for me, I think I might do it every month.
