Howard K. Stern is a deplorable human being, but Anna Nicole Smith was the final say on whether she would take the drugs or not. If Stern is found quilty as charged this sets a very dangerous precedence. Under this precedence if someone steals your medication you could be found guilty of furnishing them with the drugs.
The doctors are in clear violation of law, Stern is not.
