Haven't uploaded anything in a while...vacations, people being away etc...but now we're back
One:
- repeater (or two knees + 4 marches)
- shuffle spin + over the top (or cartwheel + over the top)
- hop x 2 (or 1 hop + glutes, twist & drop)
- chassé + basic (or reverse)
Two:
- kick switch + 3 spinning hops around into a straddle
- hurdle + 2 knees over + glutes (or hurdle + 2 twirls over + glutes)
- 4 marches back + over mambo
- reverse straddle + jump knee (or step down + jump turn, jump knee)
Three:
- straddle, swing & spin
- drag, pause/hold, knee over
- L-squat, knee out
- 3 lunges
Four:
- chassé, hop around
- over the top
- heels, jump & hold
- scoop
- grapevine + abductors
