Two years ago, 5 Britons were kidnapped in broad daylight from a Baghdad government building. How did they get away with it? This shocking report uncovers possible support from the Iraqi government.
I miss my family very much, I feel that we have been forgotten. Working quietly at the Iraqi Information Technology centre, these men could never have expected the ambush that occurred on May 29th, 2007. Iraqi intelligence officers on routine surveillance watched the kidnapping unfold. The cars were all marked as belonging to the interior ministry police, says one former Iraqi intelligence officer. At least 80 kidnappers, dressed in the uniform of interior ministry commandoes, stormed the building and led the 5 British Computer experts to their cars. Only a government could carry out this level of operation, says our informant Al-Qaida could get hold of 3 or 4 police cars maybe, but never 20. Today, only one of the men remains alive. Peter Moore was imposed by the US state department to put in a tracking system for missing Iraqi government funds. There are some people who don't want a very high level of corruption revealed says our informant. The Iraqi government has always pledged its commitment to freeing the hostages. But given the evidence, will the Iraqi government help to keep the last British hostage alive?

  • @madinaboy.

The 5 guys one of is a close friend wasn't searching for oil you fucking idiot.

They were aiding the Iraq government on finding out where 18 billion of Iraq money was going.

Now forgive me for standing up for what the 5 guys did by helping the Iraqs find out where Osama bin laden were siphoning the money to.

I dispise you and your ethics by even mentioning that the 5 guys were just there to find oil.

If that was the case as you stupidly put it, why would the corrupt sections of the

  • @petrumusic No kidding the language they use is is so misleading.. going for a tour? haha

More like going for an "invade"

  • to of come from... the beginning of time naturally they have large populations.

1,000,000,000 in India which has been around since the beginning of time

America 340,000,000 one third of the population been around for how long...? Hmmm who needs the reality check and some birth control... maybe more marriage counselors?

Come on... education isnt needed anyways.. the old cliche is that history is written by the winners anyways... its up to common sense and logic!

  • I dont get why people think that some women over there who cover theyre face are thought of as being repressed. Although I think its obvious how it can be taken that way. Id rather have our fourteen year olds covered up than have them showing off a thong that says kiss me.... whos morally wrong? It is really up to opinions is it not? No one can say one way or the other.. maybe they are both wrong? haha

As for knocking them for their population their countries are near where humans were thought

  • Simple point: Why does everyone blame Muslims or the Koran? Whats the difference between a religion that Allah allows his followers to do his bidding regardless if its right or wrong? Why do people think that people who believe in something else think that they are incapable of doing the same wrong doings?

Has anyone that knocks the Koran ever read it before? RIght after it says "walk the earth gently" it says kill anyone for money or pride??

  • GIve peace a chance :D

  • With the consideration of ALL the civilian victims of this invasion, I can say that no amount of rationalization can suffice the abduction and killings of these men - or any man for that matter. If this documentary is unbiased, then it was indeed the internal corruption that caused these men to be victimized.

Unfortunately, just like the millions of innocent Iraqis and soldiers - they were merely collateral damage to this horrendous invasion.

  • Odd how we place such high value on the lives of these British invaders, adults who knowingly aided in the illegal occupation of a country and engaged in mass murder of an innocent civilian population for the gain of military bases and petroleum. Lives seem to only be important according to where on the planet one is born. Madeleine Korbel Albright, secretary of state of the US at the time, stated openly that the deaths of over 500,000 Iraqi children through "sanctions" were ....."worth it".

  • what about the millions of iraqi who british and americans troops killed? nobody talks about them, you talk about these 5 who come to iraq to steal the oil and money,, what a shame... truth will come soon.
