Dare You to Move Spider-Man Music Video

I made this music video towards the end of summer '05. I know there's another Spidey+Dare you to move video out there, and I just need to say I did not copy off of his/her's. I've always admired the idealistic traits and qualities of superheroes, particularly Spider-Man (themes of love and responsibility) and Batman (themes of overcoming fear and desperation). I know Switchfoot and this song has a great deal of religious affiliation, but I decided to make this music video according to my own interpretation of the song, stripping away the religious context.

There are so many religions across the world, no single one can surely be "the right one" for everyone. Maybe there's something else that pulls us through the harder times - something more broad and less exclusive than religion. Something with no boundaries, dieties, or worship places. Love? Inner strength?

Christian band, and I think (and this is my personal opinion) the song says "I dare you to move" implying that you can't without God. Religious or not, I think it's a good song.

Yes, the band is christian but I believe the meaning behind the song encourages us to carry on after hard times "I dare you to move" "I dare you to pick yourself up off the floor" But in saying that this is the sort of song that could have an important and significant meaning to every individual out there..

@ eyeswithpride I'm Christian but I see nothing wrong with combining one of my fave Christian songs with Spiderman. I love Spiderman!! He's such a good person (and just plain cool) and I'm really glad you combined the song and him cuz now I can have my two fave things in one! :D
