Your video is out of sync as video is behind the audio by about 2 seconds if you use FRAPS then open the movies tab select detect best sound input & leave the no sync box UNTICKED ! If you haven't already turn down the stereo mix record volume in control panel's sound setting's as well else all the videos will have volumes that boom ! By the way I'm not trying to criticize just trying to pass on this knowledge as I had the same problems in my early videos !
