zezba9000 tnx for the link. Politics are a bit different in USA than in Europe. For you, FED represents the right-wing and the old frontier freedom of the individualist people the left. However left-right is older than FED or Communism, from 1770'ties French Revolution. And as soon the people adopt their own benefits against others and tradition, they become the right-wing. Sociology books tell about how things become habitualized into tradition.

I neither consider myself right or left. I consider myself somewhat of a globalist, but not under the current mindset the world has. I also think it is important to retain your country's sovereignty until the world & people in it can grow up.

Im not talking about people in congress as most are out of the loop on whats really going on, and sucked into the left right game.

But if left-right dichotomy describes the FED it's ok. FED is right-wing simply because it maintains the benefits of the ruling class (Washington power complex) and tradition (the right way of being an American patriot, the media propaganda and industrial-cultural hegemony etc).

People are fooled into thinking we are making a difference by voting in this country. As both parties push the same policies hiding under there Left or Right title.

I disagree with to much "left-right" labeling as it only avoids the issues, but I do understand your point about the Right-Wing.

@zezba9000 The ruling entity of both American parties is right-wing. The missing entity is left-wing. There are leftists on both parties and both could agree on leftist policies for the minority and intellectual and social progress. They would only disagree on how to achieve the same goals. The leading rightist entity is called rightist because they represent the ruling class and want tradition. In other words, left wants equality on the expense of personal freedom and security and wise versa.
