  • do u recommend vinyl for someone who cannot afford fiberglass/ gunite?

    Vinyl certainly has the lowest initial cost, but the lifetime cost is more than fiberglass. In my opinion, the only way to come ahead financially with a vinyl pool is to move out of the home within 3 years of the pool being built, otherwise you'll be stuck with replacing the liner when you try to sell the home or it fails....whatever comes first.
