But it does not change the fact that in the USA the Negros/Backs population overwhelmingly carry the disease and act like is not a big deal. Fact is a larger percent of african americans are uneducated, living below middle class and have younger sexual active teens.

Women having babies out of wedlock. As it pertains to health, there have been studies to show that black men receive lesser care for similar problems than white men. The same for women.
