I grew up Apostolic/Pentecostal/Holiness­...that is all I know. However, if you are going to wear long skirts, no jewelry, no makeup, etc., which is beautiful (smile) and most of the that live HOLY, If you gonna look apostolic at least BE APOSTOLIC! Not Trinitarian!! Go all the Way!!! Acts 2:38 is in the bible as well......ijs....too close not to have it all.

@kcphill ~ We aren't apostolic, not trying to be apostolic & there's no such thing as apostolic! God commanded all me to be HOLY not apostolic.

Also, it's the blood of Jesus which saves!! The bible says, "without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sins"! I still believe baptism has to be done because its a command of the Lord. But stop going around telling folk theire sins arent forgiven if they werent baptised according to Acts 2:38.

@kcphill i totally agree. I am also (apostolic,pentecostal,holynes­s) and yes we are a doctirne however we preach the exact same thing. Acts 2:38, Isaiah 35:8 is still right. The way shall be called Holyness. We call ourselves apostolic because we follow the Apostles Doctrine. @mossboy4 We are actually agreeing with you. Seems as if youre upset because we have a doctrince that we go by. But if were preching the same thing what is the problem? Im just asking!

@Uniqueblessings ~ Not at all am I upset. FGHT doesn't have a problem with Acts 2:38, it is right!!!! However, we know the baptism does not cleanse a person from the filfth of the flesh, thats what the bible says. It's the shedding of the blood of Jesus Christ with cleanses a person's soul from all unrighteousness!!! Most apostolics believe no one is going to heaven if they havent been baptized according to Acts 2:38.... thats the difference....

@Uniqueblessings ~... when God starting Saving gentiles(ACTS ch 10), Cornellius received the Holy Ghost PRIOR to being baptized!!! Then he was baptized, however, the bible NEVER said he was baptized to keep the Holy Ghost. He got baptized because the bible says baptism is symbolic, an open or PUBLIC showing of the death burial & resurrection of Jesus Christ! Therefore, according to apostolics ppl who don't agree with your doctrine are hellbound.

One thing I would say this is one man that stands for the gospel and he is preaching what the lord our God wants us to hear. If the word offends you you are not of the fold of Jesus or his sheep. I thank God for this man of God and he is preaching what the body of Christ is lacking in the churches. HOLINESS IS STILL RIGHT KEEP PREACHING IT DECLARING IT HOLINESS IS STILL RIGHT AND WILL ALWAYS BE RIGHT IN THE SIGHT OF GOD. HOLINESS IS THE WAY FOR US.

Whats happened is what occurred in Acts 15; 1-30 We all have to accept our true Brethren in Christ and not allow doctrines (And Satan have us biting each other) such as circumcision separate us. so I as a Holy Ghost filled, tongue talking Apostolic want to say not all of us will dare to judge our righteous bros. Because we are one in Christ Jesus. Keep Preaching its teaching me a lot.

Im apostolic and believe in Baptism in Jesus name but who can come against this Holy ghost message? This is bible and when did God appoint us to judge our Brethren. And we preach living free of sin. It is not possible for a man or woman to live GAl 5; 22-26 and not be saved.

Preach Bishop ! Yes, I grew up Apostolic/Pentecostal/Holiness­. But I agree 110% percent with Bishop Murray. This is the kind if preaching I dont mind hearing at all. Its the whole truth, nothing BUT the truth. Same preaching I get over here in Jersey. Like my bishop says all the time, "Be the thing". Its not enough just saying Im a Christian,its not enough just talking the talk, but living the Christian (holy) life, and walking the walk. Holiness is the ONE and ONLY way to make it to that city.
