Rakim need to become "reborn" and get with the current generation... 1. Get with Dre, 2. Get power, 3. Get money, then teach again...

@MrJazzHOP Na. That's just a shallow view. Being able to reach more, is always worth it. I mean... that's what It's supposed to be about.

Don't hate on Rakim or Dre, they have creative differences, so they shouldn't work together. They are both good (Rakim more dope imo) so who cares?

Real talk man, Dre robbed niggaz of production credits. What more would you expect when a guy like Suge had his back. But he don't like it when it happens to him. DR DRE is a long time from Straight Outta Compton, Niggaz4Life and The Chronic. His new music is the weakest shit I ever heard. Case in point Crack a bottle for starters, goddamn that shit is wack.
Rakim = greatest rapper ever to pick up the mic
His flow is unparalleled

Look, this is the inside scoop -and it's real talk. Brother Rakim had been flirting with Dre's production for quite a while on and off, but when it came to attempting to fuse the lyrical content of Ra's natural swag with a contemporised gangsterfied theme, Rakim dropped out - gracefully, no doubt! Dre had a vision of bringing "a new Rakim" to the "now generation". He said that. And with this comes a sense of "selling-out" to one's identity. Ra has maintained his integrity. Gotta respect that!
