William Buhlman is one of America's leading experts on astral travel and out-of-body experiences. The author's thirty years of extensive personal out-of-body explorations give him a unique and thought provoking insight into this subject. His first book, Adventures Beyond the Body chronicles his personal journey of self-discovery through out-of-body travel, and provides the reader with the preparation and techniques that can be used for their own adventure.

During the last six years he has conducted an international out-of-body experience survey that includes over 16,000 participants from 32 countries. The provocative results of this survey are presented in his new book, The Secret of the Soul. This cutting edge book explores the unique opportunities for personal growth and profound spiritual awakenings that are experienced during out-of-body travel.

Over the past two decades William has developed a proven, effective system to experience safe, self initiated out-of-body adventures. He conducts an in-depth three-day workshop titled, Out-of-Body Exploration: Stepping Beyond Time and Space. As a certified hypnotherapist, William incorporates various methods, including hypnosis, visualization and meditation techniques in his workshops to explore the profound nature of out-of-body experiences and the benefits of accelerated personal development. Through lectures, workshops and his books the author teaches the preparation and techniques of authentic spiritual exploration.

  • So are the dreams some kind of out-of body tours or something like that? Thanks if anyone can answer...

  • A ' lucid dream' where one becomes consciously aware one is dreaming could be classed as an OBE ,without the 'exit'. There are many many different realities. Out of Body is just one like our 'physical' reality is.

  • the radio guy says "OBE's are in vogue". What a dick. Linking it with our material society like it's an iphone. I must have me one of those

  • This interviewer is an asshole.

  • I dont want to come across as a debunker or a troll, but in this digital age and you tube, why can;t someone put a independently verified video demonstrating an OBE or a RV??? All I hear is chatter and talk about OBEs.

  • i just finished this book and i loved it but why is this punkass interviewer on the radio ? wtf??

  • @unshutoptic1 Just this past night I was able to go lucid for 1 or 2 seconds in my dream, but then it just ended.

  • first off, let me say. i have had 2 siezures b4. More than once, while i was sleeping, i was watching myself have a siezure... I could feel myself shaking, but i clearly remember looking down, and thinking, you'll be okay big guy. this scares me and confuses me...... if anyone at all can respond to this, I would be very very appreciative

  • @OneWingProductions - It's called a radio "douche" effect . . . inevitable if You want to be in radio.

Very few people are themselves on the radio, like Alex Jones and others.

  • danlublock really man dont you see obe are the path home, all knowledge is before you Der

  • very poor interviewer....

  • @sonic619760 ..The only thing I can tell you is to do a search. There's a lot of vids reguarding lucid dreaming. I always forget to remind myself that I'm dreaming everytime I dream. I would have some fun! But I actually astral travel ever so often. The last time I did, it seemed I knew I was out of my body cuz at one point I told myself I need to get back to my body. A second after that, I was wide awake on my bed asking myself...WTF? I still would like to control my dreams tho..

  • How can the phone in voice be that much louder then the radio voice? bad editing.
