Think- Calories in vs calories out. Watch how much b4 bed (when sitting around doing nothing & then going 2 bed - not expending many calories). Think Protein & Non-Starchy Vegetables (no potatoes) & healthy Fats. (peanut butter is good - watch it before bed - i cut it out - was easily consuming too many calories. I just eat 4 eggs w/ only 2 yolk before bed. about 200 calories.) Breakfast about 600 calories. 6 hours later - Lunch about 600 calories. then right before bed.
