One reason why our skin ages is oxidation, which is caused by free radicals attacking and destroying our healthy skin cells. Green tea is a natural antioxidant that deals with these free radicals, and apple cider vinegar has long proven to be an active fighter against aging.

This tutorial will teach you how to make an effective and inexpensive toner that helps reduce and prevent wrinkles and the sagging of skin.

  • toner is really important for young skin i am definetely going to try this

  • @412krishna For sure! Prevention is key ;)

  • Why do you wash your face after?

  • @amazingyummy2 Personally I wash my face after because this toner is used more as a "disinfectant" to minimize the chance of getting acne and to provide your skin with more antioxidant. The vinegar could be too strong for sensitive or dry skin, and may dry out your skin if you don't wash it off. Plus, some people don't want to go around smelling like vinegar! =)

  • i liked ur video ver much

i have a question do i need to use sun screen r moisturiser after rinsing the toner

  • @uvellore thank you! I highly recommend using a moisturizer (whether at night or during the day) after using this toner, because vinegar can dry out your skin. If you use this toner during the day and you plan to go outdoors, you should also wear sunscreen!

  • @bLuebhErie yay I hope you found it useful!

  • @88babylove88 If by summer pigment spots you mean leukoderma (the white patches on your skin that show up in the summer), then I won't recommend you using this toner. The discoloured spots on your skin are damaged by UV rays from the sun. I highly recommend that you use proper sunlight protection (eg. sunglasses, UVA UVB sunscreen) and try not to put anything that may irritate those areas.

    Hope this helps!

  • Tell apple cider vinegar can be used in the summer of pigment spots will not be?

  • i'm doing this now! hehe

i'm trying all natural skin regimen! :D

my moisturizer is avocado oil, and i'm starting on my Oil Cleansing method!

    natural ftw!
