I agree but I've heard that Sunset Driver was recorded during the Thriller sessions so if this is true, the song was out of place on it.

Sunset Driver is brilliant. It's so energetic and funky. In my opinion it's superior to some of the tracks on "Off The Wall". I don't know why it didn't make it onto the record.
