Precious Promises & Peter's Ladder - Jack & Laurie Marti

This is actually two scripture songs made into one. I originally put music to the Peter's Ladder portion, but later my friend David Boatwright put music to the Precious Promises part. I then, subsequently, put them both together. This is how it came out.

Whereby are given unto us
Exceeding great and precious promises;
That by these ye might be partakers
Of the divine nature,
Having escaped the corruption
That is in the world through lust.
Second Peter one, verse four.

And beside this, giving all diligence,

Add to your faith virtue;
