If i stand up & do the frankenstien without miving my head or eyes i cannot see my left arm or left leg even in the mirror. Severe Depression , alcoholism & drug addiction followed. I have left Hemianopsia , now for 3 years. What sucks the most is transportation. I can't drive anymmore. When i hold a loaf of bread to cut i don't see my left hand & so i have to physically turn my head to the left to see where to put the knife.

Wow. The cameras used for this were absolutely outstanding. Oh yes, Left Neglected is an amazing book, I recommend reading it.

Read this book in a day. It is every bit as interesting as Just Alice and makes you realise you need to live each day to the fullest and appreciate what we can do.

Read Still Alice last summer and I absolutley loved it! I cannot wait for payday to come so I can buy Left Neglected!!! :) Lisa Genova is a passionate artist in both fields of a successful writer and Neuroscientist.
