I know i´m going to have a lot of haters but Clapton couldn´t light a candle for Page ...

BTW Clapton is nothing compared to EVH , Page , Randy Rhoads , i know what you´re going to say right now , but he´s a blues player ... so SRV is WAY better than him as well

Out of all of the post Zeppelin solo efforts from Page, Plant, or Jones this album is by far the best IMO and the closest to Led Zeppelin sound you are going to get. Page showed he could still write some killer riffs and solos. And Coverdale's vocals are perfect with Jimmy's guitar. This album was way underated and could have fit right into the Led Zeppelin catalogue because it's that good. Coverdale and Page also have like 5 unreleased songs and 2 of them are on here. Both are awesome.

Clapton is generic. Blues scales,,,boring. Page is a killer. Dont forget Jeff Beck!
