Video made in a train with a Casio Exilim EXS10 in HQ-Mode (UHQ would be the best mode, not HQ!). Image stabilization is on.

You're doing it wrong. This is recorded at 640x480, which will make the video look "boxed". The camera's YouTube recording feature puts it in 848x480, which will give it better quality and it's gonna upload in it's proper aspect ratio (16:9).
