Star Trek: Restoration Teaser WIP

This is an early version of the teaser for STAR TREK: RESTORATION. It hasn't been worked on for awhile and may not be finished for some time yet. Since we've been promising it for years, though, I thought I'd share it with you to let you know it's still out there.
CREDITS: I did not build the starship models. The Yorktown is actually a kitbashed U.S.S. Constitution model by Vektor.

why do we have the sound track of capracon 1 ?

Good question. A few answers:

1) Why not?

2) Trailers/teasers tend to use music from other sources in them, chiefly because the score for the film has not been written yet... Case in point, this particular piece of music was used in a teaser for SUPERMAN: THE MOVIE.

3) That said, I thought the music conveyed the feel I was going for in the teaser

4) Having said that as well, there are narrative tracks missing from the piece that would explain the story a bit and worked with the music.

I'd defend the use of the Capricorn One soundtrack because it's by Jerry Goldsmith, who composed the score for STTMP, and it was composed around the same time.
