brandie chadwell and baby killed by impaired driver

this is a tribute to my baby sister Brandie Chadwell and her unborn baby girl who were killed in a d.u.i. crash in July of 2007. The man who did this, Bernard Kalep King, trial starts in August for their deaths. The charges they gave him are fetal homicide, manslaughter2, pfo 1 and d.u.i.......rip in peace brandie and baby...we are still fighting for justice!

I am kinda of shocked about this according, I know who is Kalep King, We went school together at Kentucky School for the Deaf, I always remember that he had frequent to send the office pretty a lot of time.. and I am sorry to see this happen that she lost her life and the baby. it so much broke my heart to see this.

It is so hard to see pictures of her. I have very few family members who actually treat me like a human being. Now I have one less. She will always be remembered as the most shining, happy person who just wanted to enjoy life. I can't believe she's gone. I don't want to believe it. Only the good die young. Proof is now we're all stuck with Kalep walking around still shitting on life. Oh how I hate this twisted, tragic world sometimes. -Cody

Yeah, he was high on cocaine, oxycontins and some over the counter stuff. But you know what amazes me, he actually was talking about just getting out of drug rehab on your video. He was busted several times when he was around 15 or 16 for using and selling cocaine....even then. Now He has a ten page record including several d.u.i's and trafficking charges. The news, both channel 11 and 3 have done a couple of stories on what he did to my sister.

@SpankbankINC That's true. If the law enforced a 5 year jail sentence for first time offenders, I bet those people wouldn't re-offend. Also, if someone knew a first time offender that went to jail for 5 years....I bet there'd be a lot less people doing it even once. It would practically stop drunk driviung in its tracks. No one wants a DUI, but people don't see getting one as a life changer and they should.

Man, I really loved seeing pictures of her. I miss her so much. Eventhough she is gone I still love her very much and think about her all the time. Thanks again for the pictures.
