Dodged a bullet @ Mosport!

Was out at Mosport Raceway, taking my friend out for a few laps. I wasn't driving as well as usual and found the traffic to be a bit heavy on-track.

This was the second session of the day, I hadn't had enough time to check hot tire pressures, let alone get comfortable with the track, then this happens...

A coolant pipe blew out of the engine and sprayed super hot and slippery coolant all over the rear tires, especially the rear left.

I was very lucky that this happened at that moment, because as you've seen in the other videos, I normally hustle through that section. You don't often get to spin at Mosport and still have a car left at the end.

hahaha i cant agree with the discription more, espically people that lose it in turn 2, ur start spinning ur car is almost a gaurenteed write off lol. nice clean driving though im jelous :)

wooow, easy does it, not saying i could DODGE it better....when it happends it happends....just wanna say, your drving skills are way better than mine......I know my limitations, that alone makes me a better driver, not better than you, but hey....next year im gonna go down to nurbrurgring and take a few laps........can't wait

dodged a blue bullet cresting the hill at 210Kph............. lol glad there was no major damage to any of the cars :-)
