@Tiller1997 This is something she wanted to play with & if that isnt being a child than IDK what is, because its make up? When has make up all the sudden become a negative notion? Think for a second... does it hurt the person using it, does it mentally disturb the child< does it turn into a monster and eat her up LOL.
