It has the stock turbo...

it had a magnaflow muffler on it at the time..

you can hear the turbo whine alot more now with it removed

Yeah it is. In mid-to-late '03 there were only three 7.3L supercrews left in the midwest.  This is one of them.

@89chube Ford never put the 7.3 L in the late 2003. early 2003 had the 7.3 an late 2003 had the 6.0 L.

Youre correct... thats why i said there were only a couple left on the lots in the midwest in late 03... b/c everyone had those new 6.0's sittin on their lots... I dont like how FoMoCo changed motors without changing body styles at the same time...

@89chube why not? thats why they didnt make trucks in "98. because they switched from the obs to the super duty. its not the first time they changed engines without changing the body style. and on a few occasions they changed the body without changing the engine. Im pretty sure that style of super duty was the longest running.

@nallen100 With the 7.3L you really don't hear the turbo much, especially in stock form. I have a 2001 F250 and I can barely hear it.
