I don't get why people are complaing saying Ranka should of had a chance to win???? how could she? Alto loves sheryl. He has NO romantic feelings for Ranka so how could she ever win. Look i get if you want certain characters to be together when they are not but i don't get when love is only one sided, And that goes for everything, For some reason when people want a pair to be together when the love isn't musual They create "feelings" in their head :/ Alto loves sheryl, I think that's quite clear

Sheryl is really the most interesting female character of the series,she's self confident,funny,she's a strong person,and Ranka is just a little child who needs protection all time.Ranka only know to sing but she's still like a little girl,i don't hate Ranka she's cute but Alto should be with Sheryl

@BleachOD Alto can sense Ranka because they have a connection, the earring's just a prop. He can sense Sheryl through that earring as well, so what's your point? On top of that, it's Sheryl's earring to begin with, the connection to her is more relevant. I wonder why you actually connected Ranka with something that belongs to Sheryl. Where's the logic?

@BleachOD So? Ranka's the songstress of hope, after all. She has a certain job to do. But you have to distinguish between the conversations being about Ranka's job as songstress of hope and Ranka as human being. It never displays Alto's (nonexistent romantic) feelings for her.

@xXxValfarisxXx er...those conversations with the big Zentraadi guy were always about Ranka. The earring's stone is the same as the one in the ring and it creates fold waves just like Ranka. The reason Alto can sense Ranka with that earring....Even if there was a flashback (which Alto has plenty about Sheryl) You'd still deny it was about Ranka :P
