Have you tried the cardio kickboxing? It's nice to do once a week! She even suggests to do it in the middle of the week to break up you regular workout!

That was a nice strengthen and flexibility vid. The Fifer twists are awesome! I did cardio this afternoon and now to do this (about 3 hours post cardio) I feel energized. Thanks Ahmad

You have a great eye for detail...thanks for noticing... I love taking old proven moves and adding a slight twist...everytime I have to do an exercise I ask myself how can I make this hard for my current level of fitness. Once I master it...I move on...this is a good pearl to live by...~ahmad
