Also putting semi-colons and dashes in your name like "The-Proverbial; Hater" is total bullshit. Courts have smashed that down in 2 minutes. Freeman on the land is the most bullshit. When you make broad statements like "I'm a sovereign" you automatically lose because it is now your duty when there wasn't any prior to prove that you are in fact "Sovereign". Impossible to do because a judge will tell you with the quickness that is your opinion and bring back proof. Proof of burden people.

The Strawman is bullshit. I found that out the hard way, when they put me in a straight-jacket. Another retard logic is Common Law is that Constitution. It isn't because the legal fiction was made to the rigidness of Common Law. That would be in direct opposition of the Constitution. Also placing liens on judges is bullshit, because you can't charge people criminally for that is meant as "CIVIL" i.e. accepting and Oath of Office as a "CONTRACT". Those are 2 different venues.
