NS 66K is southbound through Audubon, NJ, taking stone bound for asphalt plants in South Jersey. It originates and the Haines & Kibblehouse quarry in Birdsboro, PA. Its destination is Winslow Jct., NJ, where the Southern RR of NJ will take it the rest of the way. (These are the loads the CSX/Conrail ballast train is shown passing in a related video "Conrail Ballast Train Work Extra".) Slow shutter speed effect was used to brighten second half of the video... that's why it looks the way it does.
