Obama needs to lean on the UK. Gordon Brown has talked about cracking down on tax havens, but he's done sod-all about it, and a quarter of the tax havens (read: crime havens) in the world are British colonies, protectorates, and dependencies.

And crime havens is what they are. Saving money is a secondary purpose for them after laundering it. They benefit fraudsters, gangsters, terrorists, and pirates. CLOSE THEM.
