love your vids. i think form a theoretical perspective those are all effective moves. in practice, i think they are overkill and wouldn't want to be in court with a prosecutor detailing how i continued to slashed every vital artery after the defendant was already incapacitated. the first two moves were probably enough to end the threat and allow me to "escape".

I have one little criticism....the wallet chain takes away a measure of legitimacy. I study PTK and you guys have all the moves, but the style is a little much. I apologize if that come off disrespectful, because I enjoy your vids. Since FMA really was never formally codified (like karate, kung fu, TKD) , we don't wear a Gi or uniform, but dressing like an extra in an early Limp Bizkit video? This look definitely hurts, more than helps, our (FMA artists) image in the community.

A couple things to keep in mind... Yes this may seem excessive, but in an uncontrolled situation it's very likely that not all of the attempts at lethal attacks will land cleanly and accurately. Also, unlike the movies, people don't just fall over dead when an artery is severed in real life. Depending in the severity of the wound and the persons heart rate, people can still fight back for 30 seconds or more before shock takes over, and even longer before they pass out.
