I love Concorde but it got a bit too much credit - the Tu-144 was the first supersonic airliner.

@MolokoPlus1980 Airplanes were created by two Americans Orville and Wilbur Wright. The creation of the modern computer is thanks to Bill Gates, the people at Intel and Steve Jobs. Many of the important inventions of today DID come from Europe, but I think you got a little loose with your list in order to make a point. Sometimes it's not good to let people upset you so. @nccsa186 IM a US marine and you're full of yourself. It has always been Britain and Russia that have contributed more than the US has. From the inventor of the toilet to the inventor of the computer to the inventor of the internet, jet engines , rockets, satilites ALL BRITS and Russians - and now Israel, China and Germany.
