If he really thought that Reem isn't top ten, why give him immediately title shot vs JD? Reem went to Brock fight first only to stay active. This video is from late 2010; what fights since then made Dana give Reem top fight? There was only 2 fights in between and best of them was a cut from UFC for years, no former UFC champs. So a) Dana do believe there are top guys in other promotions OR b) he tries to throw hardest fighters against those guys, to quickly cut them and belittle other promot.
