@TheAlpine46 I just changed the Boot up screen on my DNX6960. Thanks for the instructions. Just to clarify, you need to hold the SRC + eject after releasing the reset until the lights come back on. This will get you to the correct menu. Be sure to save the memory first because all the audio settings and radio pre-sets will be erased when you hit "reset"

do you like this radio?

"To change the startup screen, you insert a thumb drive into the USB port (make sure the picture is in the root).
Then press SRC + eject + reset.
Let go of the reset and wait until the on screen menu appears.
Choose OEM image and browse for the new picture on your thumb drive."
the pic file needs to be in the root folder of the usb drive. resolution must be 480height x 800width.

I just picked one of these up for my car, how do you like it so far? Reviews are good.

@geoff972 i like it. once a month though, when i try to start up the navigation menu, it'd take me to the "precaution" screen then after I "agree", it just goes blank. not a big deal, usually fixed with the "reset" button - using a pen. also, some of my mp3's don't play in the playlist. i'd have to go to the "artist" list then find that song. other than those two problems, everything works great.
