Are you equally turn-off by the fact that Mr. Hitchens' publisher charges $20 for his book or is only Christian writers who are obligated to pay for the printing and distribution of their own works?

You've obviously missed the point that Hitchens' book is full of truth, while the Prestonwood documents are full of lies.
