its not a fucking fraud. i have ADHD, and i have a whole hell of a lot harder life than most students. the only true part is about the medication. none of it works

@kogdiesel2000 ADHD does not affect your actual intelligence, I still have the stored knowledge, but the imbalance of dopamine and norepinephrine drastically affect my ability to utilise it, academically and socially. I have deep ambitions and compassion about life, but when it comes down to things like big exams, homework, maintaining friendships and being sociable, I wage a considerably hopeless battle against ADHD.

@kogdiesel2000 Dopamine is responsible for motivation, feels of euphoria and depression, sexual gratification, and others. The other neuro-toxin that is affected by ADHD is norepinephrine, which is responsible for the concetration side of the problem.

@kogdiesel2000 Fuck off cunt, you have no idea how much pain ADHD causes people. I have ADHD, I'm 17. ADHD basically means having lower activity in your dopamine transporters, stimulants like ritalin inhibit the transporters which then causes them to release more dopamine, getting closer to the normal chemical balance. Main problem is inconsistency in maintaining the level of dopamine and inconveniet side effects including appetite suppression and insomnia.

ADHD is a scam....Check all the drugs that the public schools are giving you and your children... If you look at the medication..its a deriative of cocain... Check the chemistry. Also.. Public schools get more funding with when they can get as many children on medication as possible. Its a complete scam...THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS ADHD.. THERE IS NO SCIENTIFIC BASIS AT ALL. tHE TEST USED TO DIAGNOSE ADHD IS UNFOUNDED IN SCIENCE! DON'T FALL FOR THE SETUP!

There is a good reason that 5% of school children in Canada and 8% in the US are diagnosed with ADHD...Those numbers are concurrent with the American Psychological Association's findings. Diagnosed ADHD, and I can assure you I was not misdiagnosed, done Ritalin, it works, it made my future possible.

Ive gone through everything under the sun for my add,drug & allergy diet &testing. Ive read alot of things on both sides of the argument.People wake up and realize that it IS real and people suffer. Studies show that only 3 to 4 percent of those diagnosed with add actually have it.The allergy thing helps becuase people with add often have problems with these things.Not a cure.Its a way of life and despite what people say it is a blessing to see the world in ways that a normal mind cant
