Israeli film Ajami got stiffed. A Serious Man got stiffed. And the Only Oscar won by Inglorious Basterds was given to the Jew hunting Nazi. I thought we controlled Hollywood?? Right. Anyhow, here's the one slightly amusing Jewy moment at the Oscars brought to you by host and funny man, Steve Martin.

@1966BOBBY it's not presumptious. i don't see the same concern from muslims for the millions that have died and continue to die in sudan, somalia, syria. over 150,000 died in algeria in a war in the 1990s. muslims are silent on these issues.

there is an obsession with israel because of jew hatred and scapegoating. this isn't about dead people or human rights. don't try to pretend like muslims care about those issues. israel has become the only issue because this obsession.

@karlsmith00 - a tad presumptious of you to suppose I have no sympathy with the Sudanese and Syrian dead. Actually I have sympathy for any people killed by war-mongers. I also have sympathy for the Libyian dead (thousands killed by yet another UN 'liberation') - but hey, kudos for knowing the full extent of my sympathies just by reading one comment I left on youtube. Are you a soul-reader perchance?
