I remember this match. The Piper-Snuka feud that wound up as Piper-Orton vs. Snuka-Tonga Kid was what drew me and my little brother into wrestling. For me, this is the golden age.

I saw Snuka vs. Orton go at it in Anaheim, Ca. back in '85 in one of the crappiest rings I have ever seen. Ortom was sporting his arm cast. Snuka still did his dive off the top rope even though the rope could hardly launch him. I even have pics from the front row. It was the 2nd WWF event ever held in Anaheim. On the same card was a young/unknown Bret Hart. I miss those days.
